Appointments
Patients deserve timely access to their health care provider. Our office will make every effort to schedule an appointment within a short period of time. For urgent care needs, we will offer you an appointment that same day as long as we receive your phone call early in the day.
Unable to make your appointment?
Please call to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Test Results
We encourage you to call for the results of your tests, but in most circumstances it will require one week for the results to become available. This delay is often 2-4 weeks with a sleep study.
Prescription Refills
If you need a refill on your prescription, we prefer that you ask your pharmacy to contact us directly. Refill requests should be made during normal business hours 8 am-5 pm on weekdays. Please allow 24-48 hours to review and approve the refill. Certain medications may require a follow-up visit before a refill request can be honored. Our policy is that no medications will be refilled after one year without an office visit.
After Hours Care
If you have an urgent care need or question, our answering service will forward that information to the on-call doctor.
Fees & Payments
We accept most major insurances with the exception of Medicaid. It is our office policy to request payment at the time of each visit for all medical services not covered by insurance. We do offer payment services. We also accept most major credit cards.
